ª Registration mode will be both online and offline.
ª Registration is mandatory to attend the Conference.
ª Accompanying person and children will not be allowed to the scientific sessions.
ª For Spot Registrations, Delegate kit will be subject to availability.
ª Spouse accompanying will be charged as accompanying person.
ª Kit will be handed over to the registered delegate only.
ª After the conference, kit, program book, abstract book or any other workshop material
will not be disbursed to the Delegate / Associate Delegate / PG Student.
ª The registration confirmation letter will be sent to you within 15 days after the
payment realization.
ª Fellow / PG Student must submit a Bonafide Certificate from HOD / Institute along
with the registration form.
ª Online registration will be closed on midnight 20th August 2024, Further registration
will start at the conference venue as "SPOT Registration" Category only.
ª For Offline Registration, draft should be in made in favour of "ENDOCRINE
SOCIETY OF INDIA RAJASTHAN AFFILIATE"

Cancellation Terms and Condition :
ª Cancellation & Refund Policy - The last date for receipt of cancellation request is
15th August 2024. The refund amount after deduction of back handling charges will be
disbursed 30 days after the conference.
